Kunlun Nei Gung Workshop in Yelapa

Kunlun Nei Gung (also known as Spontaneous Kunlun) is a very ancient art, said to be 'the forgotten practices of self-awakening' because it was kept secret only in monasteries and temples, shared with a chosen few. Until now.
On the weekend of April 23, 2010, Jeff & Janice Godfrey of the Portland Kunlun School will be presenting a Kunlun Nei Gung Level 1 & The Arts Workshop at Casa de Milagros in Yelapa, Mexico.
Kunlun Nei Gung allows one to let go of all that is no longer needed: fear, limitation, guilt, sadness, etc. It is about going back to the simplification of our self, our true essence of being childlike in nature. It helps us answer the three questions that every single person has asked themselves:
• Who Am I?
• Where Did I Come From?
• Where Am I Going?

2-Day Workshop Information:
Saturday, April 24, 2010 & Sunday, April 25, 2010:
1st Half of Class: 10-1 pm
2nd Half of Class: 3-5 pm
There will be review classes that are open to the public. Days: To Be Announced. Free for those attending the workshop. Those who do not attend the workshop can pay $25 USD or $304 Pesos.
