Grandparents Stay for Free in Velas Resorts’ Mexico Family Packages

Velas Resorts’ Grand Velas All Suite & Spa Resort Riviera Maya and Velas Vallarta Suite Resort are offering grandparents a complimentary all-inclusive stay worth up to $2,478 when the family books a minimum of five rooms at either resort.

The grandparents’ package at Grand Velas Riviera Maya includes a guided tour of the cenotes (sacred Mayan wells) on the property and a trip to Riviera Maya’s Xcaret nature park where families can swim in underground rivers, snorkel, snuba and see the butterfly pavilion and coral reef aquarium. A $500 credit towards a future stay and special family bonding activities are also included. Additionally, children under 16 years old stay free when sharing a suite with their grandparents. At Velas Vallarta Suite Resort in Puerto Vallarta, the grandparents’ package features a welcome dinner on the beach for the family with live mariachi music. Packages at both resorts include airport and hotel transfers.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya and Velas Vallarta’s all-inclusive rates include luxury suite accommodations, a la carte gourmet meals at a variety of specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, access to fitness centers, nightly entertainment and more. Packages start at $270 per person, per night based on double occupancy through December 23, 2010 at Velas Vallarta and $413 per person, per night based on double occupancy through December 19, 2010 at Grand Velas Riviera Maya.
