Puerto Vallarta Taco Festival Returns November 16-17

November 13, 2019
Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - Half the fun of visiting new places is eating out and sampling the local cuisine. In Puerto Vallarta, one of the best places to do this is at one of the city's many taco stands. But with so many different varieties and styles, how do you know which ones to try?

The answer is easy! Make plans now to attend the third edition of the 2019 Puerto Vallarta Taco Festival, which is set to be held from 2:00-11:00 pm on November 16 and 17 at the Predio IPEJAL, Boulevard Francisco Medina Ascencio #1417, next to the Sheraton Resort in the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone.

This family-friendly event will not only feature some of the best taco stands and restaurants in the city offering a wide variety of Mexico's most representative dish - the taco! - but also beer and tequila stands, traditional Lucha Libre exhibitions, live music and many other fun activities.

Participating taco stands, restaurants and vendors include: El Rey del Taco, Pepe's Tacos, Real Taco, Carnitas Josele's, Valapanza Tacos, Tacos Tachbaya, Granja Tupac, Organic Artisanal Products, Taqueria Huicho's, Munchie's Tacos de Canasta, El Compa Taqueria, O'Sabor!, Comida Azteca, La Cocinita de Emma, Al Dente Taquizas y Banquetes, Mamá Chave, Mercado Sabores Jalisco, Cerveceria Chapultepec and Cerveza Atesanal Tin•Tan.

After the success of this year's first two editions, this time the festival is expected to serve up more than 32,000 tacos, ranging from traditional favorites like tacos de birria, lengua, al pastor and others, to more untraditional styles of Mexico's favorite food.

Come out and spend a very pleasant evening (or two!) with your family while enjoying the sights, sounds and flavors of Mexico. Lots of tradition, lots of fun and lots & lots of tacos... all in one place!

Access to the event is free. Once inside, you will find coupon books for sale at 100 pesos, each with 10 tickets (valued at 10 pesos each) that can be used to purchase food and drinks at the festival.
