Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Sales Office (Punta Mita) - Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for all processes necessary to achieve an individual sales quota in a fractional ownership environment. Specific responsibilities include:
 • Communicate with sales prospects through personal meetings/telephone and use appropriate action to support the sales process.
 • Maintain all necessary arrangements for sales including initial inquiry, personal sales presentations, and beyond.
 • Effectively deliver required sales targets as identified by sales team.
 • Build and manage customer relationships, assuming full ownership of sales process.
 • Develop a detailed understanding of Four Seasons Residence Clubs and remain up to date on industry trends.
 This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations (on-site) with a dotted line to the Regional Project Director.
 Requirements:
 • Post-Secondary degree or diploma preferred.
 • Real Estate license or equivalent experience required.
 • 3 - 5 years experience in luxury branded real estate sales; fractional, interval, or condo-hotel sales experience.
 • Knowledge and application of sales techniques, action plans and time management.
 • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
 • Exceptional presentation skills, both verbal and written.
 • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes (email), ACT!, with the ability to effectively use a database/customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
