No Purchase Necessary. All information requested on the Official Entry Form must be completed. By pressing the SUBMIT button on the Official Entry Form Entrant warrants that all information submitted is accurate and that the Entrant is over the age of 25 and meets all eligibility requirements. Incorrect, invalid or incomplete information will disqualify the Entrant. One entry per email address, multiple entries will automatically void all entries from that email address. Entries become the property of BanderasNews, which shall be the sole judge as to Eligibility and Winners.
Tentative Finalists will be notified by email and will be asked to Confirm by email within 72 Hours. Should a Tentative Finalist fail to respond, or if any Prize Notification is undeliverable by email, Entrant will be declared ineligible and an alternate Finalist may be selected.
The Free Vacation winner will win a 4-night vacation for two in a condominium in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Vacations will be in a condominium selected by BanderasNews and all winners must abide by the Rules and Regulations of the condominiums. No Pets or Parties are permitted and occupancy is limited to two persons. Subject to availability, the winner will select the exact dates of their free vacation. Reservations must be made 60 days in advance, and the free nights may not include a holiday.
Transportation as well as meals, expenses, taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the Winner. The Free Vallarta Vacation is valid for one year from the date of winner’s notification. Prize has no cash value and is not transferable. Void where prohibited by law.
Entrants agree that BanderasNews may use the names and other information submitted for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entrants further agree that BanderasNews has no liability for technical or computer malfunctions, or for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from Contest Entry or by acceptance or use of a Prize awarded hereunder, and further reserves to right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time and for any reason without notice. |
