Blending sophistication with a typically Vallarta atmosphere, Le Bistro Jazz Cafe offers exceptional food, impeccable service, stylish decor and the most extensive jazz collection in the city. Situated amidst flowering trees alongside the rippling waters of the Cuale River at the Insurgentes bridge, the restaurant's tranquil setting and romantic ambiance are emphasized by flowering trees, fountains, statues and a grand piano.
Dining at Le Bistro is an experience you will always remember. Strings of lights twinkle in trees overlooking the outside tables; deferential waiters hover at the perfect distance - far enough not to hear conversation at the table, yet close enough to cater to your every whim. House specialties include filet mignon, jumbo grilled shrimp, a variety of delicate and delightful crepes and coconut tempura shrimp. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 9 am to midnight daily; closed during the summer months. Dress is resort casual, reservations are recommended and credit cards are accepted.

We remember "pupo" the parrot! Do you? Love the ambience. My husband loves the mens room. He states "very elegant". This next week I plan to peek in and see for myself. The fourth and latest Becas Breakfast on February 26th at Le Bistro was once again a sold-out event. when writing about each breakfast, I try to come up with a title that invokes my feelings about the event, But I am running out of superlatives!
