Puerto Vallarta will implement a 141-peso fee for foreign tourists following Jalisco Congress’ approval of the city’s 2025 Income Law reform. Expected to generate over 200 million pesos in its first year, the revenue will fund street upgrades, infrastructure projects, and improvements to the Malecón, beaches, and other key areas.
