Harrison was born in Edmonton, Alberta. He attended school in Australia before moving back to Canada. He has won awards for his writing since he was ten years old. He has written and/or edited magazine and newspaper articles, tech manuals and poetry, and has a column in an Alberta newspaper. Harrison worked a number of white-collar jobs in sales, marketing and consulting before accepting his position with Tri-West Investment Club and moving to Mexico. After the company was prosecuted, he turned away from white-collar jobs and is currently working on a service rig. The Wanted and the Unwanted is his first book. He currently lives in rural Alberta, Canada.
