Puerto Vallarta - This month, the glossy magazine, Leading Estates of the World, is featuring one of Puerto Vallarta's most stunning homes, Villa Estrella Mar, on the cover. This is the first time one of the Banderas Bay area's homes has graced this special spot.
Sherri Narro, a PV real estate broker and the official representative in PV for Leading Estates magazine exclaims, "I'm absolutely thrilled and not only about the cover, but the fact that Vallarta was chosen four years ago for admission to this exclusive organization of luxury, boutique real estate brokers."
"It speaks volumes for how Puerto Vallarta, and indeed all of Mexico, has moved upward on the international stage. Leading Estates magazine began in 1969 and is an international forum devoted to luxury life at its best. Over 3,000,000 real estate connoisseurs see each issue worldwide. It is known as the "wish book" and it tempts many buyers.
Being featured on the cover of this prestigious magazine must be earned through superior, professional photography (4 x 5 transparencies only), the home needs to meet certain design criteria, and the property must fit into the publisher's concept for that issue.
Sherri says, "Just because Puerto Vallarta was featured on the cover of the January 2006 issue doesn't mean we couldn't see another cover issue featuring a home in the area in future issues." You can find Leading Estates of the World at international newsstands and bookstores.
