The Villa Group Expands Horizons

The Villa Group, a resort development company with offices in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico announces that it has plans for development in Loreto and Cancun, Mexico.
Owen Perry and The Villa Group have purchased 1800 acres of beach front property in Loreto Bay, located in Baja Sur, Mexico. The area, which enjoys nonstop flights from Los Angeles and San Diego and direct flights from Phoenix, is rapidly becoming one of Mexico’s prime vacation destinations.
In another popular Mexico vacation spot, Cancun, Fernando Gonzalez and The Villa Group have added 400 more prime beach front acres.
The Villa Group has nearly a quarter of a century track record of successful resort and residential resort real estate development including time sharing, hotels and fractional ownership, has been successful for more than 20 years.
“The addition of these two prime locations fit our business model exactly,” said Owen Perry, partner in The Villa Group which was formed in the mid 1980s. “We will be releasing our plans for this land within the next quarter.”
The Villa Group’s highly successful ventures include Villa La Estancia (Cabo San Lucas and Nuevo Vallarta), one of the world’s most successful fractional properties. Phase III of the Cabo San Lucas property, over looking Cabo’s famous arch, is projected to be completely sold out by June. Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta is breaking sales records in its initial phase. It is located on the 50,000 square meter, mixed-use lot on the development north of Banderas Bay in Flamingos Vallarta. It is adjacent to the group’s fifth resort, Villa del Palmar Flamingos, which opened in June 2004. The expansive stretch of beach is an ideal location for activities center around family vacationers.
As a continuation of its master plan to develop Medano Beach, touted as finest piece of real estate on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, The Villa Group has added Villa del Arco, a deluxe timeshare hotel, to its mix. Villa del Arco is yet another diversification of the leisure market with a product that is family oriented with deluxe amenities for vacation owners.
The 60,000 owners of The Villa Group timeshare resorts are members of the Universal Vacation Club. Gold members of the Club stay and enjoy Villa del Arco as part of their membership which includes Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta, Villa del Palmar Flamingos and Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas.
