Vive La France! Festival Comes to a Close PVNN

For more information or to make your reservations, call Elidee Hernandez at 293-0900 or 293-0901. | La Petite France's month-long "Vive La France!" festival comes to a close on Thursday, August 3rd at 8 pm, as Héctor Pérez García and Nacho Cadena host "A Gastronomical Dialogue between Two Old Friends," on the restaurant's Cultural Mezzanine.
The closing event for La Petite France's 7th annual celebration commemorating the anniversary of the French Revolution, "Un Dialogo Gastronómico Entre Dos Viejos Amigos," explores the history and evolution of French cuisine.
Featuring guest speaker Héctor Pérez García and La Petite owner Nacho Cadena facing off with their own personal experiences in gastronomy, the evening promises to be a one-of-a-kind culinary event, focusing on the effects French cooking has had on Mexican cuisine.
Sponsored by the Puerto Vallarta Chapter of the Benemérita Sociedad de Geografía y Estadística of the State of Jalisco, this spectacular evening of gastronomical education and entertainment is open to the public - and totally free of charge.
