8:00 pm - Welcome Cocktail Party Chefs of the World Festival Gourmet XII premieres with a warm Mexican welcome for the visiting international celebrity chefs and their hosts. Master Cooking Demonstrations The 2006 Festival Master Cooking Demonstrations are offered in an exciting new format: three exciting cuisines on three consecutive days at three very different venues for just $120 USD per day, $220 for 2 days or $300 USD for all 3 days. Prices include cooking demonstrations [English/Spanish], booklet with all the recipes, coffee break, wine or Tequila tasting, Gourmet lunch and fine Wines.
