This recognition is the most competitive and well-respected prize given by Apple Vacations. The Puerto Vallarta Marriott was the prize winner in the category of the Best Hotel in the European Plan for their high standards in quality and their variety of guest services.
The awards are given based on customer questionnaires and surveys evaluating the quality of products, facilities, and services. Those that receive the highest points in the customer surveys are recognized with the "Crystal Apple" status. The prize marks excellence of the highest standard and exceptional hotel operations.
The "Crystal Apple" was presented to the CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort by John Mullen, President of Apple Vacations and Mark Noennig, Vice-President of Apple Vacations.
