Las Casitas - A Life by the Sea
email this pageprint this pageemail usKathy Taylor - PVNN

General Manager Dennis Whitelaw and CasaMagna Marriott Sales and Marketing Director Lita Aguirre gave away an Ipod, a certificate for a 2 night stay at the Marriott, and dinners at all the fine restaurants.

Marriott Executive Chef Fred Ruiz.

CasaMagna Marriott staff in front of bar and firmly behind the beautiful new Las Casitas.

"Jai," diverse, entertaining, and always up to challenging requests from "classic rock" lovers.

Watermelon and berries, field greens, orange green peppercorn vinaigrette.

Las Casitas features two kinds of ceviche!

Nothing says Party like Baja-style Fish Tacos. On Las Casitas' regular appetizer menu you will find both lobster tacos and crab enchiladas.

An array of delicious desserts - all with a single Mexican element - ingredient or style. Chocolate, bananas, lime...

A gorgeous piece of grilled dorado atop an angel hair pasta croquette, topped with a perfect grilled prawn and a creamy lemon grass scented bechamel, drizzled with chile oil and cilantro oil.

I love this dish, and the one next to it, a light-as-air tuna salad - tuna loin wrapped in hoja santa, an aromatic leaf, grilled and served on airy flash fried rice noodles.

More luscious desserts.
