Vallarta Aids Benefit Needs Your Support

On June 6th, Reveille, the Tucson Gay Men's Chorus have volunteered to perform a Benefit Concert at the CECATI Auditorium to benefit the new HIV/AIDS non-profit organization, Vallarta Enfrente el SIDA, and CAPASITS, Vallarta's recently opened HIV/AIDS Clinic.
Together, these two entities provide high-quality medical care, counseling and psychological support, education and prevention programs, and outreach to at-risk communities in the Banderas Bay area.
Vallarta is just at the beginning of a new era in which HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases are being addressed in a serious and effective manner. And we need the community's help to succeed!
The Tucson Gay Men's Chorus is an amazing group of talented singers and musicians. They have agreed to travel from Tucson at their own expense in order to support our efforts against HIV/AIDS in our community. But we need to defray the local expenses of putting on the concert, so that the proceeds from ticket sales can all go toward the work of VES and CAPASITS.
We need sponsors to pay for or provide:
• Printing of promotional material (posters, flyers, etc)
• Printing of tickets and Program
• Rental of the CECATI Auditorium
• Dinner Event the night before the show (Tuesday, June 5th)
• Lighting & Sound for the show
• Bottled Water for the performers (approximately 35 singers)
• Flowers to present at the closing of the show
• Volunteers to sell tickets at your place of business prior to the date of the performance
• Volunteers to sell tickets, take tickets, and seat the audience on the night of the performance

El miercoles, 6 de junio de 2007, Reveille, The Tucson Gay Men's Chorus, (Coro de Hombres Gay de Tucson, Arizona, EEUU) presentará un Concierto de Beneficencia en el Auditorio del CECATI en Puerto Vallarta.
El concierto beneficiará a la nueva Asociacion Civil organizada para ayudar en la lucha contra el SIDA en Vallarta, Vallarta Enfrenta el SIDA, A.C. (VES), y la clinica que abrió sus puertas en Octubre del 2006, Centro Ambulatorio para Atención del SIDA y las Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual (CAPASITS).
Juntas, estas dos organizaciones proporcionan atencion medica de alta calidad, consejos y soporte psicológico, educación y programas de prevención, concientización de grupos de alto riesgo. Vallarta comienza una época en donde el SIDA y otras infecciones de transmisión sexual son tratadas de una manera seria y efectiva.
¡NECESITAMOS SU AYUDA PARA TENER EXITO!
El Tucson Gay Men's Chorus es un grupo increíble de cantantes y musicos talentosos. Han acordado viajar a Puerto Vallarta pagando sus gastos para poder soportar nuestros esfuerzas contra el SIDA en nuestra comunidad. Pero es nuestra responsabilidad pagar los gastos locales del concierto.
Con su apoyo, el total de los ingresos por venta de boletos van a ser para las organizaciones VES y CAPASITS.
Necesitamos patrocinadores para:
• Imprimir posters, volantes, y otros materiales de promoción
• Imprimir boletos y programas
• Renta del Auditorio CECATI
• Una Cena especial en la noche antes del show para el grupo y patrocinadores (martes, 5 junio)
• Luz y Sonido para el show
• Agua de botella para los cantantes durante el show (aproximadamente 35 cantantes)
• Flores de presentación al final del programa
• Voluntarios para vender boletos en su negocio antes de la fecha del show
• Voluntarios para vender boletos, admitir gente y llevarlos a sus asientos en la noche del show
