Puerto Vallarta - The all-inclusive Casa Velas, a deluxe adults-only boutique hotel nestled on the greens of Marina Vallarta's 18-hole golf course, is offering a special Travel Agent Rate available now through December 20, 2007 (stay must be completed by Dec. 20th).
