Tired of using the standard virtual room tour to visualize your next tropical getaway? Now, thanks to Marriott and Renaissance Caribbean & Mexico Resorts, vacationers can take advantage of a new interactive experience that combines cutting edge web technology with an easy to use format: Introducing the Virtual Trip Kit.
The first of its kind, the Virtual Trip Kit merges resort and destination information - from room tours to videos of local hot spots to flights and travel document requirements - to create a one-stop shop for planning a trip. The only online tool of its kind, this virtual guidebook brings the nine Caribbean and Mexico resorts and destinations to life with great visuals, interviews with the locals, and lifelike introductions to resort staff to offer travelers an intimate look at the vacation experience from the comfort of their chair.

Broken down into six sections - including: Discover Paradise, Tour & Explore, Insider Secrets, Resort Signatures, Resort Revealed, Escape Now - highlights of the Virtual Trip Kit's original, dynamic content includes:
• A pocket map PDF with activities and destination features
• A quick reference contact list
• Video introductions with resort staff
• Video "insider interviews" with locals offering tips on what to see and do
• Passport and visa requirements for planning your trip to the Caribbean or Mexico
• Amenity videos showcasing resort activities such as golf, spa and more
• Links to the destination's calendar of events, including local festivities and cultural events
• Videos of all room types
• Video of resort dining experience, an interview with the chef and dining guide to the resort's restaurants.
