Bridged Lott and Her Hot Rocks at IGGI Mercedes Sanchez - PVNN
| Don't miss Bridged Lott and Her Hot Rocks at International Gallery - Galeria Internacional, Local #8 Marina Las Palmas 1, on February 28th from 6-9 pm. | | Puerto Vallarta - This Thursday from 6-9 pm, International Gallery - Galeria Internacional (IGGI) invites you to enjoy a special Gallery Evening for an exhibition entitled "Hot Rocks" featuring the works of artist Bridged Lott.
Bridged was born in Africa, where she gained interest in art at an early age in the markets where the Shona stone sculptors work. Bridged paints in oils, acrylics and sometimes, watercolors. She finds the creative process a constant source of fascination and joy, experimenting with a wide variety of concepts including stone sculpture and jewelry creation.
Her work and subject matter is constantly growing and changing. Much of her work is textural with the frequent use of the palette knife in her pieces, others, especially the oil works, are luminous and serene.
Bridged’s art is currently being exhibited at the "A Spot of Africa" art galleries owned by Bridged and her husband Brian in both Canada and Mexico, at their new gallery in Marina Vallarta called "IGGI" International Gallery - Galeria Internacional, and in several other galleries in Mexico, as well as in the collections of private individuals on 3 continents.
The exhibition, "Bridged Lott and Her Hot Rocks" will be held at the new IGGI gallery, which carries Bridged's work as well as fabulous Shona stone carvings and other beautiful art, decor and gift items collected from around the globe.
You'll also enjoy wine and cheese and live entertainment by Guadalajara violinist JAG, so be sure to stop by International Gallery - Galeria Internacional at Local #8, Marina Las Palmas 1 in Marina Vallarta on February 28th from 6-9 pm for a Gallery Evening you won't soon forget! |
