Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico - Grand Velas All Suites & Spa Resort was named the 2008 "Most Excellent Spa Hotel" in Mexico and Central America for the second year in a row by Condé Nast Johansens, the international luxury travel guide owned by Condé Nast Publications Ltd. The all-inclusive resort located in Banderas Bay, Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, came out on top in a competition with two other 2008 nominees for the award, which was announced on January 25th by Lesley O'Malley-Keyes, VP & Publishing Director, The Americas.

Inspectors, readers and hotel guests voted for the winners.
