One of the best things about Summertime in Puerto Vallarta is the return of Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu. The restaurant's tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying light fare, cold drinks and cool breezes during the hot summer season.
Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu, offers diners their choice of three delectable dishes from a selection of small plate specials for just $269 pesos per person.
From June 1st through the end of August, the Summer Sizzle Menu will feature a different region's cuisine, so look for new choices every week. In the meantime, take some time to ponder these:
• Grilled Portobello marinated in extra virgin olive oil and served with a Basil Aioli
• Pumpkin, Ricotta and Plantain Ravioli
• Vegetarian Egg Rolls with sweet and sour sauce
• Grilled Skewers of Flank Steak in Argentinian Chimichurri marinade
• Grilled Pork Satay with peanut sauce
• BBQ Chicken in garlic-soy marinade over sticky rice
• Ciopino in lemongrass infused coconut broth
• Crispy Calamari and plaintain with lime and Aioli
• Grilled Scallop Ceviche with cucumber, shallots, serrano chile and mandarin orange
• Grilled Shrimp with Mixiote sauce
The Summer Sizzle Menu is available for dinner only, but stop by any time. Open from 9 am to 10:30 pm, Daiquiri Dick's offers elegant dining in a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
