The chefs at Daiquiri Dick's have created a special menu that's a backyard BBQ with International flair. This is part of their Summer Sizzle menu and this particular selection lasts through July 8th.
The restaurant's tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying light fare, cold drinks and cool breezes during the hot summer season.
Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu offers diners their choice of three delectable dishes from a selection of small plate specials for just $269 pesos per person.
Through the end of August, the Summer Sizzle Menu will feature a different region's cuisine, so look for new choices every week. In the meantime, stop by Daiquiri Dick's through July 8th to try some of the sizzling summer specials on the Independence Day Menu:
• Hazelnut-Crusted Chicken with Raspberry Sauce, served over mixed greens and grilled sweet corn
• Grilled Lamb Burger with Curry, served in pita bread with grilled veggies, arugula and a minted honey yogurt sauce
• Open Face Duck Sausage Sandwich, served on toasted Italian bread with onion marmelade, arugula and a cranberry-chipotle mayonnaise
• Grilled Vegetables: asparagus, zucchini, red bell peppers, red onions, radicchio, endive and portobellos, served in a balsamic vinaigrette with lemon and romesc
• Grilled Flank Steak, served over coleslaw with grilled sweet corn and spicy avocado sauce with cilantro and lime
• Grilled Focaccia with pesto, goat cheese, fresh tomato and toasted pine nuts
• Mixed Green Salad with grilled homemade seafood sausage and a cumin vinaigrette with roasted garlic
• Sweet Corn Chowder with potatoes, carrots, onions and cream
• Watermelon Salad with arugula, candied hazelnuts and brie

The Summer Sizzle Menu is available for dinner only, but stop by any time. Open from 9 am to 10:30 pm, Daiquiri Dick's offers elegant dining in a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Closed on Tuesdays from May 1st to October. Visa, MasterCard and Banamex accepted. Reservations are recommended.
