Call (322) 222-7017 for reservations. |  | The month of January has been filled with private cooking classes at Dolores Brittingham's The Essence of Cuisine Cooking School, but due to popular demand, Dolores is offering a class on the 22nd of January which will be open to the public.
 Dolores' Essence of Cuisine cooking classes feature the "demonstration style" of instruction, which includes a welcome cocktail, appetizer, preparation instruction, a 4 course meal with dazzling place settings, and wine service throughout.
 On the Menu:
 • Chilled Sparkling Cidra with fresh-squeezed lime juice
 • Cheddar Dill Biscuits filled with cheese
 • Crepes filled with Wild Mushrooms with Poblano Sauce
 • Chiles en Nogada (Chilies in Walnut Sauce)
 • Red Snapper wrapped in Parchment paper with a Ginger/Scallion Sauce
 • Mango Pudding with Whipped Cream and Roasted Almonds
 The January 22nd class starts promptly at 6:30 pm at Calle Pilitas 204, Condo 2B, just off Olas Altas on the south side of Puerto Vallarta. Donation is $600 pesos per person and includes a complete professional recipe/instructions packet.
