A Cuban Movie Cycle in Mexico in Tribute to the Triumph of the Revolution Cuba News Headlines go to original
| (Cubarte) | | Well known Cuban movies will be screened in Toluca, the capital of the Mexican State, as part of the cycle in tribute to the 50th Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution.
Movies such as El Benny by Jorge Luis Sánchez; Viva Cuba by Carlos Alberto Cremata and Vampiros en La Habana by Juan Padrón make up the simple.
The cycle named Cuban movies and movies about Cuba was inaugurated with El Benny in the Nicolás Guillén Cultural Institute from Toluca.
There will be also screened the documentaries Desafío by Roberto Chile and Hechos, no palabras by the Argentinean producer Carolina Silvestre, in this meeting of Cuban movies.
The Olimpo Higher Education Institute, the San Marcos University School, the Culture House from the Calimaya municipality and the Rodolfo Sánchez Secondary School from that region to the north of the capital, are also serving as venues for the movie offer. |
