The Choir of the Christian Community Church, 181 Argentina, (next to Parque Hidalgo), is seeking singers and musicians to assist with Lenten and Easter Music.
We'll be singing a little of everything - from Mozart to Motown - during the next few months, and could use some supplemental voices (SATB), as well as the occasional violin, trumpet, and saxophone.
In addition to singers, we also need a violinist for the Mozart Alleluia on Easter, and a saxophonist who would be willing to play a blues version of Just a Closer Walk with us in late March.
The Christian Community Church Choir rehearses on Tuesdays at noon at the church, and very briefly before the first service on Sundays (around 8:15 am.) Share your musical gifts with up to 400 highly appreciative folks!
