If the Venezuelan Empanadas, cornmeal empanadas stuffed with juicy seasoned ground beef or Manchego cheese, Spicy Chicken Wings with homemade Bleu Cheese dressing, Sammy's Camarones, tri-colored pasta sautéed in 100% olive oil with tender shrimp, tomato, onion, parsley and sweet peppers, or the Pollo Rico, a juicy sautéed chicken breast finished with a mild jalapeno sauce don't turn you on, just ask the Chef to tailor make your dish with ingredients available on the menu.
