Back by popular demand, Daiquiri Dick's features its Summer Sizzle Menu. From June through August the menu offers culinary treats from different countries. Sample flavors from around the world, without ever leaving Puerto Vallarta.
Check out this week, flavors from all over Mexico, mild to wild. Three courses and only $299 per person, including a mouthwatering appetizer, an irresistible entrée and delectable dessert. Plus, try one of the new house wines, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot as the perfect accompaniment to your dinner.
This week's menu features Flavors from Mexico starting June 10th. Your choice of one from each course:
Starters
• Mini Open-Faced Chicken Tacos served with avocado-tomato sauce
• Sinaloa Style Mussels in "Agua Chile," served in the shell with cucumber, onion and lime
• Yucatecan Style Chicken Soup with lima and Habanero chile
Entrées
• Shrimp Enchiladas with Guajillo chile sauce
• Poblano Chile stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese, with tomato sauce
• Quail in Pumpkin Seed Mole, served with rice
Desserts
• Mini Molten Chocolate in banana leaf cup with vanilla ice cream
• Mexican "Churro" with cajeta (butterscotch)
The Summer Sizzle menu is just one more reason to visit this sophisticated beachside restaurant. Daiquiri Dick's is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Closed on Tuesdays until October.
