Get cracking and celebrate the fourth of July with an international bar-b-que at Daiquiri Dick's. From July 1st-6th you can enjoy a special 3-course menu with your choice of a mouth watering appetizer, an irresistible entrée and delectable dessert - for only $299 pesos per person.
This week's Summer Sizzle Menu is an international bar-b-que with your choice of one dish from each course:
Starters
• Grilled Focaccia with pesto, goat cheese, fresh tomato and toasted pine nuts
• Sweet Corn Chowder with potatoes, carrots, onions and cream
• Watermelon Salad with arugula, candied pecans and panela cheese
Entrées
• Hazelnut-Crusted Chicken with raspberry sauce, served over mixed greens and grilled sweet corn
• Grilled Lamb Burger with curry, served over grilled pita bread with grilled veggies, arugula, and a honey mint yogurt dressing
• Cajun Blackened White Fish with corn and cherry tomato relish
Desserts
• S'mores Cheesecake with summer berries
• Espresso Soaked Lady Fingers layered with sweetened mascarpone cheese
The Summer Sizzle menu is just one more reason to visit this sophisticated beachside restaurant. Daiquiri Dick's is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Closed on Tuesdays until October.
