Celebrate Yom Kippur in Puerto Vallarta

We had such a wonderful time of communion at our Rosh HaShana dinner that the guests asked me to prepare a breaking of the fast dinner for Yom Kippur. Therefore, on September 28th as the sun sets I will offer the following menu:
Egg Souffle, Potato Cheese Bake, Blintzes, Cream Cheese Noodle Kugel, Mandelbroit Cookies and Sour Cream Coffee Cake as well as Poached Salmon with a Basil Butter and Succotash.
Of course, all wine will be included.
The dinner will take place at 1192 Panama, corner of Ecuador, in El Centro. The house is up on the hill with views of the Bay and can accommodate up to 30 for a sit down dinner.
The cost of the event is $350 pesos and reservations and prepayment must be made in advance to insure attendance. Anyone wishing to participate may either email me at seth(at)foodbyseth.com or by calling my cell, 044-322-131-8808.
