Daiquiri Dick's Poblano Sauce
2 poblano chiles, roasted and peeled 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts 1/2 cup roasted almonds 1/3 cup garlic, sliced or ground 3 Tbl parsley 1/3 cup orange juice Salt to taste 1/3 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a food processor or blender. Then add oil slowly. Blend until smooth.
