The book is a complete manual of "how to." It covers topics such as, various types of property, acquiring title, taxes, title insurance, property management and life in Mexico. One important section is, "What to look out for and what to avoid."
Linda Neil, ABR, PIC founding member of AMPI Los Cabos and a two time past member of AMPI’s National Advisory Council, is listed as one of the three main contributors to the book. The other two are Bruce Greenberg of Montana Verde and Matthew Miller of ConfiCasa Mortgage. The book is dedicated to these three professionals.
Linda is the founder of The Settlement Company, Mexico's oldest escrow and title company. Her involvement in the book reflects almost forty years of handling all types of real estate activities in Mexico including almost twenty years and thousands of real estate transactions through The Settlement Company.
