Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Grand Miramar Resort and Spa, the luxury Private Residence Club, had a ground-breaking ceremony on Phase 2 yesterday to celebrate the final phase of construction.
Over the past two years, construction crews have been busy building Puerto Vallarta's newest resort, Grand Miramar, in the exclusive hillside neighborhood of Conchas Chinas. The construction crews worked hard to bring the first phase under-budget and ahead of schedule, giving early occupancy for Grand Miramar's members.
Grand Miramar's two restaurants and poolside bar are fully operational, providing guests with casual and fine-dining options. The palapa covered fine-dining restaurant offers diners a panoramic view of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta, and the Marietas Islands off in the distance.
Phase 2 consists of Grand Miramar's studio and one-bedroom units, each with a hot-tub on its private balcony. Facing south, each unit will have an unobstructed view of the south shore of Banderas Bay. Currently under-developed, the south shore offers a picturesque vista of palm-tree covered mountains with a limited amount of buildings to clutter the view.
Upon completion of Phase 2, Grand Miramar will consist of 140 units with services and amenities for even the most discerning traveler.
