One Visit to Mexico 'Never Enough' Opodo go to original May 13, 2010
Travellers interested in visiting Mexico have been informed that they might have to arrange more than one trip to the country if they want to experience its full appeal.
Juliana Eshraghi, a spokeswoman for the Mexico Tourism Board, said the nation is so diverse that travellers can return many times and see something different on every occasion.
There are popular hotspots such as Cancun, the Riviera Maya and Puerto Vallarta to visit on the Caribbean and Pacific coasts, as well as the vibrant capital of Mexico City.
Ms Eshraghi said: 'Mexico itself is a unique destination; the vast diversity of what you can experience whilst visiting the country is already an advantage.
'Mexico as a country has a lot to offer in terms [of] what you can visit, there will always be a need to experience a second or third visit as there is so much to see.'
The spokeswoman recommended a trip to the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City and a visit to the archaeological site of Chichen Itza. |
