Puerto Vallarta - Celebrated restaurateur Michel Pascal Ferrari of the popular eatery Trattoria Michel on Olas Altas, announced today that effective immediately, the Los Muertos beachfront restaurant and bar in front of the Blue Seas Resort formally known as Bite Me!, will find new life as the Lido Beach Club.
The team has been hard at work remodeling the old space to a more classic, inviting atmosphere and is now open for lunch and beach service. Later in the season, they will be offering a full European breakfast service.
"I named the new beach club after one of the most famous beaches on the Adriatic Sea, just outside of Venice," exclaimed the new owner Michel Pascal Ferrari. "The menu will include selections from Southern France, Italy, Greece and Northern Africa with cold items featuring soups, sandwiches, salads, pastas as well as hot items from grilled sausages, fresh fish and kebabs, and many signature desserts including my homemade ice creams."
The goal for the Lido Beach Club is to be open and inviting to everybody, from owners at the Blue Seas, locals and other hotel visitors, this is a beach club where everybody is welcomed. Here you'll find friendly beach towel service, a diverse menu and beverage options, without the attitude, minimum consumption expectations or chair fees.
The Lido Beach Club is located at Calle Malecón #167, Los Muertos Beach, on the South Side of Puerto Vallarta, just south of Hotel Tropicana.
