| Sara and Tish, your hostesses | | ExPats in Vallarta, a local group made of residents, visitors and investors from other countries will be having their next Happy Hour at Cheeky Monkey on Tuesday, November 9 at 5 pm. Cheeky Monkey overlooks the Malecón at #556 Paseo Diaz Ordaz in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
Then, on November 20th, Club de Golf in Marina Vallarta will be hosting another ExPats in Vallarta Happy Hour. Club de Golf is located on Paseo del la Marina, just before the Marriott Hotel and across the street from the old shopping mall shell structure. If you plan to attend please email sarajwise(at)yahoo.com, so we can tell the restaurants how many to plan for.
In addition to their Happy Hours, ExPats in Vallarta also have Wine and Appetizer Evenings scheduled to take place at various members' Banderas Bay area homes in November.
Upcoming Wine and Appetizer Evenings:
Friday, November 5th, 6:30-8:30 pm. This event will be held at a member's condo in downtown Vallarta.
Friday, November 12th, 6:30-8:30 pm. This event will be held at a member's condo in the north hotel zone of Puerto Vallarta.
Saturday, November 27th, 6:30-8:30 pm. This event will be held at a members home in Nuevo Vallarta. If you do not want to drive, the host has arranged for a van to do a pickup and return to Puerto Vallarta for $100 pesos per person. Please email sarajwise(at)yahoo.com for details.
Seating will be limited for all of the evenings so that it is more personal and it is not overcrowded. To make reservations for any of these events, email sarajwise(at)yahoo.com.
ExPats also has two special interest groups, ExPats in Vallarta Young Generation (EVYG) and ExPats Singles (EPSV). For more information about Expats in general and about these focus groups and their activities, check the ExPats in Vallarta website.
The purpose of the group is informal fellowship and assistance for Expats around Vallarta or for those considering the area. There is no membership fee or requirement; everyone pays for only what they use or consume.
