| The Costa Banderas Chapter of Democrats Abroad is sponsoring Movie Night at The Boutique Theater, Manuel Diequez #321 on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, every other Sunday at 7 pm. | | Every other Sunday at 7 pm, the Costa Banderas Chapter of Democrats Abroad is sponsoring Movie Night at The Boutique Theater, located at Manuel Dieguez #321 near the corner of Constitution on the south side of Puerto Vallarta. All Films begin at 7:00 pm.
This wonderful new film series kicks off on December 5th. All movies will be in English with subtitles for our Spanish-speaking friends. Tickets will be available from 9 am to 12 pm at Coco's Kitchen (Pulpito 122 up from La Palapa about a block from the beach) every morning until the 5th (except this Sunday).
Tickets are also available by subscription and at the door. A subscription guarantees seating. Arrive early for single tickets.

December 5th - Good Night and Good Luck This film is directed and co-written by George Clooney, and features David Strathairn as Edward R. Murrow. Nominated for 6 Academy Awards, including best director, best actor, and best original screenplay, this important film portrays a pivotal clash between Murrow and Joseph McCarthy, a Republican Senator in the 50s, who used fear, falsehoods, and belligerence to become one of the most powerful men in America.
December 19th - Boogie Man This hard-hitting documentary is directed by Stefan Forbes and Winner of the national Edward R. Murrow Award and the Polk Award for Excellence in Journalism. The film has been called one of the best political documentaries ever made. It is an incisive portrait of the late, infamous, Republican consultant and chronicles how the culture wars took over American politics.
