Sparkling fruits and cloud-like whipped cream garnish cheesecakes, tarts and éclairs. Chocolate abounds in brownies, chocolate chunk muffins and chocolate mousse cake. Vera Bakery makes special cakes for birthdays and weddings, and will be taking orders for holiday and party treats. For more mouth-watering photos and information, see my food blog at Cooking in Mexico.
