Biblioteca Los Mangos Auction Fundraiser

Every year, Biblioteca Los Mangos holds its biggest fundraiser of the year with the "Subasta" (auction). This year, the date is January 28, 2011, and it promises to be the biggest and best ever as many worker bees behind the scene prepare.
There are numerous activities within this one big event so be sure and mark your calendars and plan to attend.
The art auction is vast with numerous paintings to be auctioned by auctioneer extraordinaire Gary Thompson of Galleria Pacifico and Maria Jose Zorilla (director of the Biblioteca). The silent auction and fixed price items are rolling in and are going to be fabulous! The raffle this year is going to be very different and so much fun! You will be an "instant winner" (doesnt everyone love instant gratification?)
Biblioteca Los Mangos (Library Los Mangos) is in dire straights at this time financially. Remember that this library is run entirely on donations and is not only a library but a true community center.
January 28, 2011 will not only be a chance to support the library, but as well, to purchase fine art and other items from hotel stays to fine dining certificates.
