It may be snowing up North... but here in Puerto Vallarta the weather is PuRRFect for showing off a new swimsuit!
PuRR Project teams up with Kim Martin, owner of Myskova & Havaianas Boutique on Basilio Badillo and Malecón for a 'Get Ready for Spring' luncheon and fashion show featuring unique swimwear and casual clothing for the entire family.
The newly famous PuRR Project models in addition to several of our new Real Women and Men Models will once again dazzle and demonstrate that Myskova clothing is made for 'Real People.' Jewelry by Cassandra Shaw will highlight the fashions and you can even expect to see a couple of surprise local celebs on the runway.
Kim, originally from Canada, is a longtime resident of Vallarta and continues to design and manufacture unique and 'totally wearable' resort and swimwear with a special emphasis on full figures, or as Kim proudly says, "Real Bodies."
The beautiful tropical courtyard gardens of Hacienda Alemana on Basilio Badillo will be the perfect setting for this fashion show and luncheon, which starts at 1 pm on Friday, February 25th, 2011.
Tickets for the luncheon and show are only $200 pesos and must be purchased in advance at Hacienda Alemana, Cassandra Shaw Jewelry, the PuRR Project booth at the Puerto Vallarta Old Town Farmer's Market, or by contacting Linda Lestz at linda.lestz(at)gmail.com or Julie Bunker at julievallarta(at)gmail.com.
There will be lots of great raffle prizes and a spectacular surprise auction item that you definitely don't want to miss, so don't wait... this will be a sell-out event with all proceeds benefitting PuRR Project.
Purr Project is a Non-Profit shelter in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico that provides homeless cats and kittens a recuperative stay with the ultimate goal to adopt them out to loving homes. All of our residents have been sterilized, vaccinated and are disease free. We accomplish this through our own efforts as well as collaboratively with other animal welfare organizations. Both monetary donations as well as donations of dry cat food are most welcome – and much appreciated. For more information, visit PurrProject.com.
