The Girl Who Played with Fire, the ninth in a 13-part film series sponsored by Democrats Abroad, is playing on April 3, 2011 at 7 pm at The Boutique Theatre located at Manuel Diequez #321, near the corner of Constitucion on the South side of Vallarta.

This film is the second installment of author Stieg Larsson's best-selling Millennium trilogy translated to the big screen. This tale is based on a magazine publisher’s comprehensive investigation into Swedish sex trafficking and political corruption.

The publisher of "Millennium" magazine, Mikael Blomkvist (Michael Nyqvist) has built an empire on his ability to shake up the establishment. Mikael is joined by Lizbeth (Noomi Rapace) who is investigating the mysteries of her own past and gives another startling and unique performance.

Don't miss The Girl Who Played with Fire at The Boutique Theatre on April 3rd at 7 pm. Tickets are available at the door or by emailing tjensen1942(at)hotmail.com or snowkamp1(at)yahoo.com. Arrangements will be made to get tickets to you if you order online.

Tickets are also available at Gringo’s Bookstore in Bucerías.
