March 16, 2011

Puerto Vallarta - Back by popular demand, Kathleen Palmer of Deja New is again teaming up with the volunteers from Purr Project to raise funds for the local no-kill feline rescue shelter. Mark Thursday, March 31st at 1 pm on your calendar and join us for lunch and a fun afternoon of Fashion at Casa Isabel, overlooking the entire Banderas Bay!

Local models will strut their stuff, showcasing resort wear at unbelievable prices from the Deja New consignment boutique. Cassandra Shaw Jewelry will highlight each outfit. Tickets are only $250 pesos and include hosted well bar first hour, lunch, gratuity and lots of opportunity to win great prizes like a week at Casa Isabel!

Goodie Bags for anyone bringing gently used clothing for consignment to Purr Project. Tickets will be on sale at the Purr Project booth at the Puerto Vallarta Old Town Farmer's Market, Cassandra Shaw Jewelry and at Deja New, Jacarandas #280 in El Centro.

Purr Project is a Non-Profit shelter in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico that provides homeless cats and kittens a recuperative stay with the ultimate goal to adopt them out to loving homes. All of our residents have been sterilized, vaccinated and are disease free. We accomplish this through our own efforts as well as collaboratively with other animal welfare organizations. Both monetary donations as well as donations of dry cat food are most welcome – and much appreciated. For more information, visit PurrProject.com.
