Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - When it comes to fine dining, Puerto Vallarta restaurants do it "con gusto," and every year the month of May brings Vallarta Lifestyle's Restaurant Week, a 17-day gastronomical celebration that gives everyone the opportunity to dine at their favorite Banderas Bay area restaurants - and save a bundle!
From May 15th-31st, for the seventh year in a row, some of the most recognized restaurants in Puerto Vallarta will once again be offering a three-course menu, with three choices per course, at a fixed price of either $189 or $299 pesos per person, not including beverages or tips.
Thirty-eight restaurants will participate in this year's edition of one of Puerto Vallarta’s most important culinary events, an increase from last year’s 31 participants. Many venues will also feature live entertainment to enhance your dining pleasure.
With so many wonderful restaurants to choose from, and only 17 days to sample the culinary talents of some of Puerto Vallarta's finest chefs, it may be hard to decide where to dine, so Laura Gelezunas of Video Diva Productions is giving you a sneak peek at what some of Vallarta's favorite restaurants will be serving during Restaurant Week 2011.
