Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Thierry Blouet, No Name Boutique, PV Models, Oswaldo Rumours Salon, and Angies Collection´s, along with famous photographer Juan Martín Sánchez, will present a Technical Outdoor Lighting and Digital Retouching Photography Workshop at Thierry's Prime Steak House from July 2-3, 2011.

Juan Martín Sánchez is a professional photographer with over 25 years experience. He is constantly seeking perfection in his work and the exact moment to capture the simple and beautiful photographic memories of his subjects.

This photographic workshop, in combination with the use of Photoshop, is totally practical. Upon completion of the course, participants will understand the elements that go into creating a professional image by photographing models in various locations and under different conditions.

Participants will also take part in step-by-step exercises to learn how to use digital image processing programs more effectively, ensuring that by the conclusion of the program they will be pleased with the professional results they have achieved.

Saturday, July 2 - Lingerie and Sportswear Photography

Introduction - What to expect from the program, highlights include:

Understanding the Light - Techniques to help you develop a sense of how to "see" the light and choose the most appropriate given the circumstances of the location and purpose of the photo shoot

Exposure Control - How to use your camera's strenths and weaknesses, exposure control, depth of field and speed

The Photo Session - Everything you need to know before attempting a photo shoot: how to start, how to give direction to the model and assistants, and understanding the equipment

Choosing Locations and Costumes - Elements that should be considered for a successful photo shoot with excellent results

Photo Shoots under Difficult Conditions - How to overcome problems when shooting under difficult circumstances and unconventional light conditions

Photo Analysis - Juan Martín Sánchez will review participants shots and offer his opinions and advice

Color Correction - Analyzing the image and applying the method most appropriate to obtain the proper color balance

Exposure Control - How to control the exposure of images after they have been taken

Using Masks - Learn the proper application of this technique to make your workflow more efficient

Photo Retouching - How to reduce expression lines and change the color of eyes, hair, etc.

Image Sizing/Resizing - Learn how to make changes to the size of photos without losing image quality

Creative Image Correction - The proper use of techniques for changing the color of some parts of the image

Suitable Color Replacement - How to change colors in different areas of the image

Final Image Presentation - Juan Martín Sánchez will review the final images and ensure that participants understand the methods for achieving professional quality photographs
