Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - A nice figure looks better if the scenery is as beautiful as who is being portrayed, that's the reason why UjENA Jam chose to shoot this year's models in gorgeous locations in Riviera Nayarit, such as the Marina Riviera Nayarit at La Cruz - where a photo shoot session took place last Tuesday - and El Tigre Golf & Country Club - where the UjENA Jam Golf & Bikini Tournament will be played next Sunday, June 19th.

UjENA Jam is the world's largest and greatest search for new modeling and photography talents for the swimming suit fashion industry. Its first edition was organized in Beverly Hills, California in 1984. Since 2007, when Puerto Vallarta was chosen as an official UjENA site, locations all around the Bahía de Banderas region have served as photo shoot backdrops.

And this year is no exception. Last Tuesday, over 50 models and 20 photographers participated in a photo shoot session surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle's Marina Riviera Nayarit, one of the most innovative and modern marinas in Mexico.

Next Sunday, June 19th, the UjENA Jam Golf & Bikini Tournament will be held at Paradise Village's El Tigre Golf & Country Club. This friendly competition will offer players the opportunity to play a round of golf with one of the models, dubbed "UjENA Pin Girls."

Since events like these attract more tourism to our destination, The Riviera Nayarit Conventions and Visitors Bureau (CVB) extends congratulations and thanks to the 27th Annual UjENA Jam Puerto Vallarta event organizers, and to the Marival and Paradise Village Groups in particular for contributing to the worldwide promotion of the greater Banderas Bay region.
