Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - El Arrayán, one of Banderas Bay's favorite Mexican Restaurants, announces their Mexican Cooking classes for the fall season 2011.

Once again they will be sharing a few of their secrets during a series of up-coming cooking classes. A limited number of participants will join El Arrayán's team for a traditional Mexican breakfast, visiting local suppliers, hands-on cooking instructions in their professional kitchen and then enjoying what they have cooked for lunch.

The dates for these cooking classes are as follows:

• Monday October 17th
• Monday October 31st
• Monday November 7th
• Monday November 21st
• Monday December 5th
• Monday December 19th

The fee for this professional introduction to Mexican cooking techniques and ingredients is $90 - $110 USD (depending on the menu) per person. This fee also includes transportation (restaurant - breakfast - market & back), breakfast, instruction, take-home printed recipes, an embroidered apron and lunch, one cocktail or Mexican house wine. Class is conducted in English and will only take place with a minimum of 5 people.

El Arrayán’s cooking classes have become a popular activity for visitors and locals alike, for anyone interested in learning Mexican cooking techniques from a professional chef. Whether you are a novice or a professional cook, join them for an upcoming cooking class and bring a little of El Arrayán’s award-winning food to your home-cooked meals.

Space is limited. To find out more about menus, pricing, to make a reservation and to your advance payment, call 222-7195 or email Carmen Porras at info(at)elarrayan.com.mx today.
