Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Toys for Tots is proud to announce we will be celebrating this year our 13th anniversary of spreading smiles of joy to less advantaged kids throughout the Puerto Vallarta area.

The fun begins with traditional major fundraisers the weekend of December 11/12. On December 11 a charity golf scramble will be held at the Vista Vallarta Weiskopf course, and the following day December 12 a gala dinner-dance will again be held at the Marriott CasaMagna Resort in the Marina.

Both events essentially kick-off the Holiday Season in Puerto Vallarta, and promise to be even bigger and better this year. So please plan to attend to support this very worthwhile effort on behalf of kids who might normally not receive any toys during the Christmas holidays.

Costs per ticket are $1400 pesos ($110 USD) for the golf tournament and $800 pesos ($65 USD) for the dinner dance. You can purchase individual tickets or arrange your own foursome for golf or table of 10 for the dinner.

Ticket prices include a whole host of goodies, including for golf: greens fee and cart, prizes for various levels of participation, hole-in-one contest (last year a lucky golfer won a new Toyota!), gift bags for all participants, and a sumptuous lunch after the competition.

The dinner-dance price includes: a gourmet dinner prepared by Marriott's award winning chef, open bar, dance band, silent auction, many door prizes, and a very special guest from the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City.

All funds raised will be used to purchase toys for distribution to outlying communities in early January when school classes resume. All expenses are funded by generous local and International sponsors, so every peso raised will go directly to acquiring toys at extremely attractive prices from Mexican distributors.
