Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Gerry Lopez is returning for another of his sell-out Yoga and SUP Lifestyle Camps to be held at the Hotel Cinco in Punta De Mita which has become "THE" place to enjoy a healthy and fun vacation experience. Especially if it involves anything in or on the water. New and exciting amenities have been added, including the new Gerry Lopez AquaCenter, as well as an ongoing offering of Lifestyle Camps.

Gerry Lopez is not only a legendary surf icon, but a true example of maintaining a balanced, water-centric culture. Called the “epitome of a healthy surf lifestyle,” the champion surfer will take you out on the waves for personalized SUP (stand up paddle surfing) instruction, as well as lead morning yoga classes. This is your chance to explore the water lifestyle with discussions that include diet, yoga, longevity and Gerry’s own philosophy. This camp is geared to all ability levels.

On the first night a welcome cocktail will be held at Hotel Cinco’s rooftop Barefoot Bar, followed by a delicious dinner in town. For the next days the agenda will include sunrise yoga stretching sessions with ocean view at the hotel's rooftop, healthy and delicious meals served at the onsite Local Harvest restaurant, as well as morning and afternoon SUP sessions.

At night, dinner will be served at Local Harvest, with a special activity each night, closing the camp with an Aloha Dinner the final evening of camp.(Keep in mind that the schedule may change due to weather, waves, tide or other factors.)
