Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - ExPats in Vallarta has announced their February schedule of gatherings. A Wine and Appetizer evening is planned for Friday, February 24th in a private home. A Happy Hour will be on Tuesday, February 21st at Langostinos on Los Muertos Beach.
