Master Chef Bruce Byng of Teatro Limón, right here in Mexico’s culinary capitol, will be opening up his home once again for an unforgettable culinary journey. The menu is absolutely amazing! For $550 Pesos per person, you will enjoy:
• A bowl of fresh Mussels in a very special Sauce Meuniere, consisting of a wonderful buttery Chardonnay, lemon juice and parsley, butter and fresh chives
• Baby Fundy Bay Scallops, pan seared with a mild spiced Tandoori rub and served with a charred pineapple salsa. These scallops, so tender and succulent, are highly sought after the world over.
• A Sterling Silver Rib Eye steak, dry aged, in-house, for 40 days - quite possibly is the most succulent cut of beef your money can buy on this side of the border. Prepared sous vide. This very special technique used to cook this fine cut of beef will be demonstrated.
