Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Despite the untimely arrival of Tropical Storm Norman, more than 100 people showed up for the 1st Annual Pink Loft held last Friday evening at the CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa.
The event, hosted in the stunning Ohtli Spa, was held to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to benefit the Esperanza Foundation, an association that supports survivors of the disease. In the spirit of pink, the ever-so-chic event was awash in a sea of soft pink lighting and glamorous décor, courtesy of Rocco Troyani.
The posh, pink guests were treated to a variety of pink drinks, canapés and gorgeous pink desserts served by a polished wait staff in pink bow ties. Students of Instituto Tepeyac strutted their stuff down a pink lit runway modeling the clothes of Thelma Reyes Boutique, a private local designer, while DJ Sonido de las Estrellas provided the music.
The perfectly pink event concluded with impressive giveaways including spa packages and hotel gift certificates to a few lucky recipients, and complimentary pink spa gift packs to all guests.
