Riviera Nayarit, Mexico - Nothing says luxury like the astonishing sea-side landscapes surrounding the Litibu Golf Course in Riviera Nayarit, and they have prepared a special farewell to 2012 with a Christmas Golf Tournament that will be held on December 15th.

"We are trying to raise the awareness of Riviera Nayarit as a leading golf destination in Mexico," said the manager of the golf course, Christopher Giraud. "Organizing a tournament like this will not only promote golf as an attraction here, but will also invite our visitors to enjoy the game in a fun environment with the chance to win prizes."

The tournament will be played in a Scramble foursome format. The idea is to mix different skills and handicap players on a team to stimulate friendship. To participate each team will pay a $7,000 pesos fee that will include a welcome kit as well as food and beverages.

"The best of it all is that we expect 1 of every three players to get a prize," said Giraud.
